So there’s a handful of things I find really attractive in guys. It’s not “must-haves”, but more of bonuses… Well-toned calves (mmm.. b-cycle boys), pretty eyes, general over-all tonedness, a good mix between youthful playfulness and maturity…. but you want to get me a little melty? Talk nerdy to me.
Yep. Shouldn’t come as a surprise. I like nerdy boys. (I mean, hello, uber crush on the entirety that is Mucca Pazza.) However, I do need to say that there is a certain level of nerdiness that is just too much for me. I like well-socialized nerds.
Anyway. I digress. I like all things academic. So a guy who can bring that sort of discussion to the table — especially one who can teach me new things without getting all teachy-preachy superior on me… Yeah. SWOON.
I spent yesterday afternoon at the lake with an acquaintance from college who’s now living in the city. We talked a lot, about various topics. It was fun. But when we started talking science stuff, and then about animals… yeah. That’s when I realized I could stand more days like that.

I’m also a fan of nerd-talk, and I’m learning that it can take various forms. The boyfriend isn’t so much for D&D or video games or conversations about time travel paradox, but he teaches me a LOT about things that I wouldn’t have ever encountered, like sports-related physics.

I agree with you completely. You have to have something to talk about other than football right? But then again… they also have to be able to carry on a conversation ha ha.
